Step 5- Thread the string counterclockwise round the tension pulley, again making sure to keep it within the derailleur cage. The series end currently points to the correct or hangs off the ideal side of the derailleur cage.
Step 6- Keep holding the end of the string that's presently threaded throughout the rear derailleur. With the flip side, pick up the very long period of the string hanging off the ideal side of the rear cogs.
Step 7- Twist this end throughout the cage of the front derailleur, but don't place it on the chainrings, since this can make reattaching the series more challenging. Instead, wrap it round the bottom bracket and deliver this finish around to the opposite end of this string. You're now ready to join the ends of this series with a faster connection or a series tool.Tips
Should you will need to attach the string ends with a string tool (i.e., you own a series rivet sticking from one end of this series, and another end concludes with a hole by the rivet goes), thread the end with the hole through the rear derailleur and the ending using the rivet through the front derailleur. The rivet will make running the string through the narrow back derailleur cage more challenging.
